Katoa Shipping Policy


Do you ship to my country?

At the moment we currently ship to the EU, UK and USA. Currently, we're unable to ship to the following locations: Russia, Iran and Syria, N.Korea, Ukraine, and Belarus. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to PO Boxes, or Military addresses. 


Shipping Fees

In Italy and the EU, we offer free shipping on all orders above €50.  

Sweden & Denmark, we offer free shipping on all orders above €50. The standard shipping fee is €6 for orders under €50.   

UK, we offer free shipping on all orders above £50 from our site. The standard shipping fee is £6 for orders under £50. 

USA, we offer free shipping on all orders above €150. The standard shipping fee is €25 for orders under €150.


Delivery Times

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after being placed. Please note that during times of high order volume, such as during a sale or new product launch, processing time may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.  Some shipping delays may occur during public holidays,and additional transit times may be experienced when shipping to offshore islands.

*All orders placed after 12pm (CET) on Friday, will be shipped on Monday. 
*If you submit your order before 12pm (CET), your order will be dispatched the same business working day.

Do I have to pay international taxes & duties?

We are a company operating from within the EU. Please note that there may be import customs or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside EU, UK & Norway. Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. KATOA has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates. KATOA is not responsible for orders that may be delayed in Customs. KATOA cannot be held responsible should custom authorities either confiscate or charge import duty.


Where do you ship from?

All orders placed on katoaco.com are shipped from our Italy warehouse.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process the orders as quickly as possible, so we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us at customerservice@katoaco.com or +39 0376 1410802 with any changes or cancellations you want to make.

Katoa appreciates your support, and we can't wait for you all to receive your Black Friday & Holiday orders. However, please be aware that due to the high volume of orders during this time, we anticipate a significant increase in order processing and dispatch times. 

What to Expect:

  2. Dispatch Time: While our standard dispatch times are typically 1 - 2 Days during Black Friday/Holidays, orders may experience delays of up to 10 business days.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

An item on pre-order is one that is not yet in our warehouse. By purchasing an item that is on pre-order, you are securing your item until we are able to ship it out to you.

If you purchase an item on pre-order, please know that we are unable to ship your entire order until your pre-order item arrives at our shipping facilities. We cannot ship your items separately and are unable to make any exceptions. If you'd like to receive items outside of pre-order prior to the expected arrival date, we recommend placing a separate order.
